Scooty Rental Prices in Manali
The price shown on each scooty above is today's rate. Rates depend on the scooter, weekday or weekend, and the season.
Scooties are rented by the full day, not by the hour. Weekly and monthly rentals get a lower rate when arranged in advance. Fuel is not included.
Why a Scooty Is the Easiest Way Around Manali
- Beat the traffic. Mall Road, Old Manali bridge and the Solang road jam up in season. A scooty gets through where cars wait.
- Park anywhere. Parking a car near Hadimba, Old Manali or Vashisht is hard. A scooty fits.
- No gears, no clutch. Simple on steep hotel lanes and hairpin bends.
- Low fuel cost. Around 30 to 40 km per litre, so a full day of sightseeing costs very little in petrol.
- Room for two. Rider and pillion, with under-seat storage for a small bag.
Security Deposit for Scooty Rental in Manali
The refundable security deposit for a scooty is ₹1,000 to ₹2,000. If you paid by UPI or cash, it is refunded on the spot when you return the scooty. Card refunds take around 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Documents Required to Rent a Scooty
- Indian riders: original two-wheeler driving licence, with or without gear, shown physically or online (DigiLocker), and a government ID.
