Do you provide self-drive car and bike rental services?
Yes, we provide self-drive car and bike rental services for tourists and travellers. Our vehicles are available for local sightseeing as well as long-distance trips such as Spiti Valley and Ladakh.
What documents are required to rent a car or bike?
To rent a bike with us, you'll need a valid driving license along with one government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, Passport or Voter ID, in original condition.
Can I rent a bike without a driving license?
Unfortunately, no. As per Indian traffic regulations, a valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory to rent and operate a bike. This ensures both your safety and legal compliance while riding.
What happens if the bike breaks down during my trip?
We maintain all our bikes in excellent condition to minimise the chances of breakdowns. However, in the rare case of an issue, you can contact us immediately. Our team will provide guidance or assistance during our working hours and help you get back on the road as quickly as possible.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
Fuel is not included in the rental cost. Vehicles are provided with sufficient fuel at pickup, and we request that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
Is there a security deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The deposit is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection and terms.
How much do I pay when booking online?
You pay 10% of the booking total online to confirm your vehicle. The remaining balance is settled after your ride is over and the vehicle has been returned.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations and changes are handled by our team rather than online. Call or WhatsApp us with your booking details and we'll take care of it and explain any applicable charges.
Can I extend my booking duration?
Yes, booking extensions are allowed based on vehicle availability. Just inform us in advance and we'll happily help you extend your rental on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Which vehicles are available for rent?
We offer 4×4 cars such as the Jimny and Thar, along with well-maintained bikes for short and long-distance travel. All vehicles are regularly serviced and cleaned before every rental.
Can I take the rental vehicle for long-distance trips?
Yes, our vehicles are allowed for long-distance trips including Spiti Valley and Ladakh. Our 4×4 cars and bikes are suitable for mountain terrain and adventure travel.
Are helmets and safety gear provided with bike rentals?
Yes, helmets are provided with every bike rental. Customer safety is our top priority.
